EFIAlchemy is who you need to tune your truck.
they are located in Jacksonville, FL.
just go ahead and check out their feedback in the Florida section over on ls1tech.
oh and just to let you know, that's who tunes my truck.

good bit of gain? why yes. that is an understatement for these guys. do a search for my mods and compare them to others who have the same. my times in sig speak for themselves and as well as their service. not only do you gain optimal performance out of your truck but you also gain great driveability and gas mileage. for an example my truck gets 22mpg on the highway, that's with 4.10's and a 30" tall tire. i've taken many 10 hour trips between here and Jax without a hiccup.

Yea. Go to a shop if you can. You'll get the best bang for your buck. And Blue Cajun is in the 11's. You can't get to the 11's without a good tune.

Blackbear here in my 06 6.0, also blackbear in my grandfathers 04 5.3.

Nothing better than an increase in power, better drivability and better MPG.
