So I really want a WS6 but I know insurance isn't going to be my best friend with me being 19. So I am thinking I might hold off until I get out of college. So my next idea is to get a truck and lift the **** out of it. I was curious what would be a good truck to buy for around 10-15 thou. I want something with power so it can turn the big meat I want to put on it.

Well here's my $.02. If you want to stick with the LS1 based engines then I'd suggest a 99/00/01 with 4.10 gears from the factory. If you don't want to do a 6.0L engine swap in it, then I'd say make sure it has the 5.3. The 4.10 gears will help keep you from having to do a VERY expensive gear change after you lift it.
