it has factory tint on the back windows and its pretty dark, but i want it a little darker. i usually get 20 percent, but 20 with that on the back from the factory will be like a cave. any suggestions?

Does the factory tint come off?
Mine didn't come with tint, so I did one layer of limo tint on the back window...just right.
The side are I think 35%, but I'm going to do limo on those as well.

too dark for limo. i had 5 percent on my 99 gmc, and it was so dark i almost ran over a ricer backing out of my driveway cause i couldnt see it.

I did double 35% n my 99. It came out to be about equal to 20. So if you layer another 35% on top of the factory, it will look like just under 20% but not near 5%.

I am going to put 20% on my front windows, layer another 35 on my excab sides, and leave the rear alone for now. I like to be able to see out in the dark.

people in my neighborhood have a bad habbit of parking on the curb opposite from my driveway, and there are no street lights, so i would hate to run into the same situation again.

I have 5 percent on the back window and when I back up in the dark I just roll the windows down and stick my head out if I have to. I have 20 percent on the sides. It is hard to see in but not dark enough for cops to notice. I did it all my self and if anyone knows how to do a windshield strip please give me some advice...

i threw on 20% on top of my ext cab factory tint, and 32% on my front windows. gunna switch to 20% soon . when i back out of my driveway i have to have my lights off cuz the light bounces off my garage door and blinds me, and having HIDs doesnt help either its kinda hard seeing out the back, so most of the time i roll down the windows, stick out my head or use my mirrors. im afraid one of these days im gunna run over a midnite jogger

I got 2 layers of limo tint on the back and limo on both side windows... I also got a eyebrow done on the front and it really helps now that I have leather seats and its gettin hot.

I know that its just a matter of time till I get caught by 5-0, but I like it so much Ill just redo it anywayz.

i think i am going to get the 20 all the way around, that shouldnt be too dark and will help keep it cool in the heat.
