If you want the seats, get the seats. But if it's mainly for performance, I'd spend the money on performance mods like a cam swap or even a 6.0L swap (yes I'm serious). After selling your motor for something, a used 6.0 wouldn't be much more expensive than a set of seats, belts/harnesses, mounting junk, and then the fact that they really won't match. If you want seats, get seats. If you want to lose weight, I'd look elsewhere. If you want the performance gain, save for the 6.0L. That's my 2 cents, take it for what it is.
