Default what do you think about this exhaust/cutout setup?

what do you guys think about this set up would it be worth it to have made up. i want to run a cut out and i want the maximum performance from it, does this look good?. how do you think the performance from the closed cutout would be, not to restrictive?

theres a ton of ways to do exhaust, your drawing looks like it would work prety good. kind of an x pipe set up when closed and a 3" dump when open. i have a qtp cut out. i love the way it works but the stupid thing leaks. i have tried many things to fix it and nothing seems to work for long. i wonder if a 1-2foot extention after the cut out would cover the slight leak, get rid of the pppppst sound i hear.
