Default What to do?

I want to do some mods to my truck that aren't outrageous in price but add good power. I would like to add as much power and torque as I can without breaking the bank. What does everyone suggest I do to get the biggest gains. Also, I already have A K&N filter, mmagnaflow exhaust, and predator programmer. So any suggestions you got I would like to hear.

What is a ORY?

I already have electric fans. My truck has the 5.3 HO aluminum block.

almost the same as a gutted cat... ORY= off road y-pipe... just takes the place of your stock y-pipe with no cats on it but if you are worried about getting checked for cats i would just gut them or weld a pipe through it
