What can it be?

Man had my truck in the dealership two Fridays ago for an air condition problem. Sometimes blowing cool air, sometimes cold, etc...... Well they fixed it, said it was a cycling switch that had gone bad. Common Problem. Ok worked good for a while, still noticing other problems with the Cruise Control which I will address here later. Anyways, went out last night to mess with my ported TB thinking this might have something to do with the Cruise Control issue, you'll understand in a bit. Anyways, put the blade from my old TB which had a hole in it to run the cam, into my ported TB. Got everything buttoned back up and cranked it. Man it idled like ****. Rough as hell kinda coughing and sputtering and got the reduced engine power warning. Truck did not like this at all. So back to the ported TB with the original no hole blade and its all good. Get in the truck this morning and heading to work, turn on the A/C and it starts blowing hot *** air, hotter than the 90 degree setting on my automatic controls. It was terrible. Never did get cold. So back into the dealership it went, luckily my service dealer is right around the block.
Now to the cruise control issue, seems like it has been kinda surging with the cruise on, especially going over an overpass on freeway, then going the downside, it feels almost like it is applying the brakes to slow the truck down on the downhill side. Also, still having the issue with the a/c on at low speeds that it wants to hold that speed anything under 2000 rpms. Its like automatic cruise control. lol. Also lately have been hearing a squealing or sqeaking every once in a while at low speeds, usually taking off from a stop sign or light, and it just does it for a split second so I can figure where the hell its coming from. I feel like all this stuff is related but no idea what it is. Hopefully the dealership can get it right. Of course now this time my warranty is over with, so it'll cost me my right nut.

The cruise control slowing down or speeding up is common I think. I know my truck will do it. It will do what it takes to maintain that particular speed.
Did you run past your mileage on your warranty already, or will they not warranty that particular item again?

No, I know the cruise will slow the truck, but it almost feels like its grabbing or surging type of thing. Its pretty distinct if you are expecting it.
As far as the warranty, yes I rolled over my mileage, but I am hoping that my advisor will take care of it for me because it was a pre-existing condition. Doubtful but maybe, he did take care of me last time. Makes me think that I got a leak in the a/c somewhere because they had to fill the system last time.
Also, I really noticed the cruise thing start when I went back from the electric fans back to stock clutch driven fan. Perhaps the fan clutch is faulty and its causing the idle to stick and drag in certain situations. I'm grasping here.

Just got the call from my service advisor, another cycling switch on the a/c side. Guess that reduced power notice and trying that out might have screwed that one up. But he covered it under a parts warranty. This guy is the coolest and nicest service advisor I've met. Anyways, he also told me the deal with the cruise control is normal operation. He is including me a TSB notice on this of similar complaints and that they suggest no service for the problem. So......., I've got to quite running thru cycling switches or this dude is going to start getting pissed and charging me. lol.
