I got lean code today from bank 1 and 2. Well mine walbro 255 pump for some reason is only putting out 40lb. I put new fuel filer still only putting out 40lb. I paid 135 + shipping from sponsor on this site. I'm going to call them on Monday see if has warranty. It's only 5 months old, so where are you guys getting your from.

 

Sounds like a possible pressure regulator problem. If you have a return fuel system then the regulator is on the rail up front, I would check there first.

 

I just replaced when I did my cam swap 5 months ago and I tried adjusting when I got the lean code today and didn’t do anything. I'll try putting the old one in.

 

I replaced the fuel regular and still wont put out more than 40lb fuel pressure.

 

Does it do 40lbs at idle, wot or everywhere? That sucks if the pump is going out and it is that new. Does the pump sound any different than when you installed it?

 

It idles at 40lb and drops when you rev up. The pump is lounder than before.

I order a new fuel pump and will get it replaced tomorrow.

 

I can't remember - is the walbro an inline or in-tank?
