My almost completly stock 02 8.1L is running what seems to be too high of EGT's. I just got the guage hooked up, and on Cruise on a level road at 55mph, it sets on about 1200-1300, isn't that INSANELY hot??? I think I could max it out on a hard uphill pull, which would be 1600. All I have is 60# injectors for when the turbo goes on. Maybe its normal, It just makes me wander. And the sensor is about 16 inches from the manifold.
