Ok Ive got it under control I need to replace the whole control arm with the cruise on it. After tearing apart the whole deal Ive discovered yet another fuse panel with extra fuses way under the dash to the left of the break pedal, if anyone ever needs it.

Who has a control arm?

Might just go to a junk yard and get one anybody know what years will work for an 02
