Yeah I forgot to plug in one bank on turbogibbs truck after we did the cam install and it fired right up just had a real rough idle, even backed it out of his driveway then figured out what was going on.

Im through for the night, its hotter than satans crotch in my garage and Ive been out in this crap all day since my guys apparently have to have me hold their hand to do everything. Ive got the alarm guy coming in the morning to get all the old **** out and Ill try and crank it over after he is done.

My first guess is your tune is for the 418 injectors (60lb maybe) and you have stock injectors now. leaning it out. It's getting fuel or it wouldn't ever stutter like it is.

I was running marine 8.1s. If the alarm rewire doesnt fix it, Im going to swap the stock computer in there. I need to swap it in anyway to make sure its unlocked so I can tune it.

I think it would be lean in that case.

The 6.0 will fire tuned for 42s on stock injectors. I know, I did it by accident a couple weeks ago.

The displacement is smaller so it may offset it. Cody, what tune that is in the truck now for?

Well it starts now that the alarm is totally removed. It runs real rough and I have to hold about 40% throttle to get it run at ~1000rpm, if I let off it dies. I think its just bad gas since there was a gallon or two still in the tank and the exhaust smells really bad. Its ran progressively better so Im thinkin gas right now. I didnt have much time to mess with it since i had to get back out to my jobsite. Heres a video of it.

In the last video I started to hear a slight squeek sound that was rpm dependent. I didnt have time to mess with anymore to diagnose the problem but my dad is going to come back over tonight and listen under the hood while I run the truck. Corey also gave me a list of PIDs to log with EFI while Im at it so we can see whats going on. Im just hoping the squeek isnt an internal engine problem since I didnt have any history on it but it looked very clean and BigTex thought it was in good condition too so I suppose we'll see.

lol... it sounds like my weed eater... i am betting it is just the fact that the motor has set up for awhile and the bad gas... It sounds like it started right up thou, so that is a good sign... More than likely that gas is like kerosine and needs to be flushed out... I bet it is caked up on all the insides of the lines and tank....
