Default Trailer Junction Box Cover?

In researching installation of a brake controller and inspecting my new-to-me truck, I found that someone has removed the junction box cover. I looked on GMPD, but couldn't find it. Could somebody supply me with the cover and thumbscrew hold down part numbers?

Are you speaking of the relay box in the drivers footwell?

Yes! My truck is a 1500, but it's the cover that is removed in the first step of this video.
