Default Trailblazer aluminum 5.3

Ran across a aluminum 5.3 a few days ago out of a 04 trailblazer. Motor has almost 200 miles on it. I went ahead and bought the longblock with everything but the intake. May keep it for my truck when it needs another motor.

I would work on that 5.3 put a cam and springs and yank out my old engine for a nice boost in power and lighten that front a little. very nice.

Let's just say I bought it right. I may let mine get on upp toward 100K on it and probably slap a cam in this one and stick it in then. May even do some head work while it is setting in my garage.
