I hear ya on the Snap On stuff. But why no Sears? Ive seen 13 drawer Craftsman rollaways w/ a free intermediate drawer for $299. Sounds like a killer deal, imo. I would get one, but it'd just sit outside, and i dont have nearly enough tools to fill it lol.

Around here I can get Matco boxes for almost half the cost of Snap-On's. There's also a new company called Extreme Tools that is building some very good quality tool boxes. I've owned Snap-On and currently own A Matco box. Both companies have much stronger and better quality boxes than Snap-On IMO.

FYI..
Kobalt is a division of Snap on.
I buy the Professional series at Sears
and have had the roller bearing series - no problems
