Default Tires for the 17's

Winter is rolling around, which means I will be taking my 20s off for the winter/salt road months. The OEM Michelins on my factory 17 are starting to get some age on them and dry rotting due to sitting in the garage all year, plus they have about 40k miles on them. What tires do you all recommend for a good winter/wet application? I don't want to invest an entirely lot of $$ in them. I would like a slightly wider tire also for my 17s.....any ideas??

I'd suggest some BFG All-Terrains. I've heard they are good in snow from people that have had them. How much snow do you usually get in your area? Wide tires suck in deep snow. I went with 33x10.5's BFG A/T's on my 86 Chevy but I have yet to be able to test them out in anything substantial.

17" tires- I have two sets of tires, they are both brand new with only a few miles on them, one set is lower profile, an the other is Michalins about stock height except alot wider, an they both look good, just throw some prices my way, an I will make a even better deal if you want the rims an tires- $$$ Any offers An I can get the exact tire sizes tomorrow if your interested.
