Default Tired and lost....? Help please

So my girlfriend has a 2004 gmc envoy 4x4 with the inline 6. Wrll the other night we were getting ready to leave from dinner and the car wouldnt cone out of park. We figured out that the sift acuator motor wasnt working due to 4 out if the 5 wires in the plug falling out. Long story short we got the car home by manually engaging it. While its down wr changed the oil, spark plugs (there coil over) and i did a breif whipe off of the throttle body because it looked like death? Now when we start it its starts fine but runs lile its got a horrible miss and it has no power. The only thing i fogot to do( cuz im retarded) was to disconnect the battery when doing all this. Now i unplugged the battery ill try it again when i get back home from dinner but anyone have any other ideas? Thanks guys

Make sure the spark plugs have a good connection. Did you remove the tb when you wiped it down? Make sure you have all the plugs connected and vac lines connected.

Well i cleaned the throttle body again. And started checking the spark plugs and found the 2nd olug back was messed up. On of the threads was smashed some how and wouldnt go in all the way. So i retapped the hole and fixed that issue. Now it runs alot better but still acts like its got a miss or vacuume leak? I checked all the lines i could think of and there good aby ideas? Is there a secret for the coils? They seemed on when i tightened it all down i like quadruple cheacked haha? ????

Is there a check engine light on??? If so did you scan for codes??? If not have you scanned for pending codes???

If its actually misfiring the computer should detect it.
