Thoughts on Funk-Master-Flex
#21
I just saw the one where they re-did the Starsky & Hutch car, and FMF was say, "Weez" gonna do this, and "Weez" gonna do that to the car like he was gonna pick up a wrench and do some work, but all he did was stand around an put his chin on the fender like a sad puppy. Then the machanic said, "Lets have Flex pull out the motor." So all he did was pump the motor jack a few times. WOW!!!!!!!!

My definition of "hot-roding" includes building the car, or as much as you can, yourself. It's not about not just some putting some wheels under a '64 Impala, tossing in an interior with huge speakers and useless video screens and whatever.
A lot of the cars done on the FMF show seem to be a "fad" thing for people who don't seem to know a cam from a crank.
Boyd and other high profile car builders build INCREDIBLE cars that are rolling pieces of art. Each car is built with a theme and purpose...
When a car is a work of art - that's when it's okay to pay for one to be built.
