See this is the bullshit i have to deal with. people still dont fukin get it, GOD DAMMIT FOR THE LAST TIME, I DONT THINK A STOCK FUKING 4.8 CAN BEAT A STOCK 5.3. i stated that at the very beginning. why do u keep assuming that i think a 4.8 is naturally faster than a 5.3!? stop putting fuking words in my god damn mouth.

MY POINT IS THAT A SIMPLE MOD OR BAD DRIVING CAN CHANGE EVERYTHING IN A RACE. THEREFOR, ITS NOT LIKE ITS A Z06 VS A PRELUDE LIKE THE OTHER IDIOT SAID. i cant believe he even compared a 4.8, 5.3 to a z06 and a prelude?

i was not trying to get anyone mad,

but the only reason why i beat the stock z06 is because i used the tow/haul button. that gives you alot of power you know

 

deckhand, make sure you turn your a/c off too when you race those z06s, the a/c kills tons of power you know.

 

well, what i do is.. i TURN THE AC OFF, like you said. then i open my tonneau cover so i get get maximum wind downforce to keep my 3.42 open differential from smoking the tires till overdrive.. with the tonneau cover open, it makes my tires grip like slicks. Then I press the tow/haul button because it helps the motor spin faster. ill even open my gastank door for aerodynamics because it will keep your truck's rear from sliding to the left because of all the power from the A/C and Tow button. With all the tricks, people might look at you weird. but when they see you smoke a z06.. they'll understand why it is necessary.
