ok for those who have traded in a modified truck do you think it hurt the trade in value with it being lowered and such? I dont really want to spend the time and effort putting the truck back to stock and it wouldnt look right with the current tire size anyways but I was wondering how much its going to take off the value? Any input from you guys that have been in this situation before?

 

Dealers want stock vehicles. It is hard to sell modified because the greater majority of the motoring public doesn't like modded trucks. Someone with the exact tastes of you will be the only one interested in your truck.

People will settle for vehicles with different oem colors and options and settle for them in stock form even if it is not what they came in the door looking for when they walked in. Throw a mod or two on it and if it is visual it will make it more difficult to turn over.
