I was talking the a CHP at the Tracy, CA. street races friday night, he told me that a new state law just passed. Law states if your watching a street race they can impound your car for 30 days. What a bunch of crap. Like their going to tow more than 200 cars in one night. Friday night their must have been at least 200 or more people and cars/trucks.
