The sending unit for my temp gauge went out recently, so I went and got a new one. But I am having a hard time finding out where it is located at. On every engine that I have ever worked on it has been on the intake near the thermostat. But the only thing that looks like it could be it is located on the driver side head. So any of you have any idea?

 

front by the radiator. Little one by the bar in very front. Just pop the grille out....



O **** ECT or air temp...

 

Engine Coolant Temp. Sensor, is located in the side of the left (drivers) cylinder head. Follow the steering shaft down and it's straight across from the shaft. Trust me, it's in there...not exactly in the easiest place to find....but it's there.
