You should be able to just swap the TB, and use an older (99-02) harness, but Im not 100% sure about that.

You said flywheel, do you mean flywheel, or flexplate? If you mean flexplate I think there is a spacer or something that needs to be used, search to double check. Also maake sure the bell housing pattern is the same. If Im not mistaken, swapping a TH350, or TH400 into a LS1 requires an adapter. The TH 350, and 400 both mound directly to a SB chevy. The 4.3 should have the old SBC pattern, so the pattern would be different (just realised this may be confusing. sorry)

If I am reading the GMFS thread correctly the bolt pattern on the tranny should be the same.

i guess this one http://www.mackstrans.com/NewVenture...ragNV3500.html, and from the looks of it i think it is a 2pc so even if the bell housing is diff i could probably just buy one that does fit

ok i was talkin to a buddy of mine lastnight, he said he thinks the tranny in my truck wont be able to keep up with the 6.0, he said he thinks the wayed its geared since its a truck tranny it wont be as fast as if i was to use an automatic or something, wat do you guys think? i know they have a 5spd tranny for the 6.0 hds, i dont understand why it would be any different, of course i guess the 6.0 5spd hds arent really that fast huh?
