Default Steering Squeak

For some reason when i turn my wheel, there is an iritating squeaking noise coming from the front of the truck. I thought my power sterring fluid was empty or leaking....but i filled that up and nothing changed?
any ideas?

is it rack and pinion, i know the seals on the shaft that go into the rack get dry and make noises, you can spray some silicone in there and it will go away after a few turns.
