Standard cab sub boxes
#1
I'd like to build a sub box for my standard cab silverado to encompass two 10" subs, one behind each seat, and then a recessed section in the middle for the amp and some storage space. Has anyone made a box like this and has some dimensions possibly? Post up some ideas if you guys could, thanks for looking.

i know making a box gives you satisfaction ..as i have made a few for cars and trucks but just save yourself the time and headache subthump.com.. that what i do know..they aren't some cheap jap crap with leaks...tried and true.....they have taken out all the guess work..just my opnion unless your set on building your own

I'd rather build one so it's the way I want it, and it's not gonna leak if I do. I live in Alaska, so shipping that big box is gonna suck. I'm not looking to set records, just want a little bump.

I built a box like that several years ago for my '78 GMC. I also built the box that's under my back seat in my '01. I could give you a hand sometime, I don't have a lot going on. I think a downfiring box would sound killer in a RCSCB.
