When you installed the shackles, did you tighten the bolts with the weight of the truck on them?

Mine squeaked for awhile, I finally greased them and it wasn't an instant fix. They stopped squeaking quite a few miles later. I think it takes a little time for the grease to work into them. BTW, mine are greasable, zerks installed.

I didnt install them, some shop did, they tightened them while the back was on little jack stands. Mine are also greaseable, they have the grease gun fitting on them.

Jack the bed of the truck allowing the springs and wheels to hange, loosen the bolts for the schackles a few turns, then set the truck back down on the ground and tighten the bolts back up. That may take care of your problem.

Go into an auto parts store like O'Reileys or Autozone and pick a tube of it up.
It's not a spray can.

If the shackles have poly bushings then they're pretty much always gonna squeak a little. Just the nature of that type of bushing.

You and Chingon or Chingon's mother?

My shackles squeaked pretty bad when I first put them on but they've gotten better; or maybe my exhaust is louder so I don't notice it as much. Not really sure which.
