Nope, not me. I pay yearly for stuff I do not have. I contacted the IRS some time ago regarding this to no avail. It took ~40min on the phone to talk to an actual person.

It did not happend in 03, in 04 and I doubt it will happen in 05. I thik the worse slapers were the 99 and 00.
