sorry for the lack of closure on this, been kinda busy lately. well i did indeed get the snug top. besides the $200 the kid wanted for it 
, the best part is it was already black. great condition too. it took about a half hour to throw on plus some minor grinding. the only bad thing about this...no more tossing cans out the window and in the bed .
