My sister has a Durango with the 4.7 and it moves along pretty good. My friend has(had) a '00 Dakota with the 4.7 but, they don't like 8psi from a KB blower for very long. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> It ran damn good until the piston let go. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

hyde(Ponymaster) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> - I've been driving my truck everywhere and finally last night I took my '01 SS out and was like " <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> , I think I lost perspective of what fast was." So you giving up on the turbo idea now. I'm going to have a 5.3L motor sitting around that I don't know what to do with. I also have a set of dished pistons laying in my closet that would look real nice fitted in that block. All it would need then was a nice turbo kit. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Hihosilver - People are just a little skeptical(myself included) about your intentions on this site. It's pretty much a known fact that you've posted under two different names already and have posted all kinds of crazy stuff about what your doing/done. It would be great to maybe see a picture of your truck or something so people could believe you. The more people in here the better for everyone. I sold it to get more money together for the car. I really don't need it. I need to get that thing all stock and stop messing with it...I have a real ride i'm trying to finish up...

 

what do you have, dont think i have heard you talk about the car. how fast, what do you have done to it.

 

It is a newer piece, for me to build...Its for my Dad for Christmas....I plan on trying to finish it before Christmas...
