Default smog check questions

does anyone know when a 2004 vehicle will need to be smogged? specifically in ca? i have done a few things that may raise some flags. i know i could pass the sniffer with some proper tunign and alchohol but the visual part is starting to make me think. the long tube headers i may be able to get away with since i have a carb eo from my tog's. but im going to be using the vic jr intake with a 90 mm tb and sheet metal elbow and i doubt that would fly. not to mention my blower says race blower not for street use(i have the carb legal one still and its an easy swap). i do have all of my stock parts just in case but id really like not to swap everything out. does anyone have any advice or any so cal folks that has a friend that could help me. could you please pm me and let me know or possibly help a fella out id appreciate it.

because of the blower and how the blower pipe is routed. here is a pic to show what i mean , its going to be some work just to get it to fit with the vic jr but shoul dbe possible

not to mention i would have to go to a cable set up and i would like the better response with that but right now ive been murdering my money i have saved.

You might want to double check but I heard that if you are the second owner it's every two years after you buy it. I am not shure but that is what I heard. I think I read that you are the second owner, right?
