Question Sierra HID Fogs

I am having an issue with my fog light install. When I plug the kit in and get everything installed in the fog lights they don't turn on. Neither side will work. If I unplug everything and put the stock bulbs back in everything is back to working. Do the fog lights on these trucks require a special relay harness or something to make the HID's work? I know people have gotten them working because I see people with them on. I have the high/lows done but it makes me sad to have yellow fogs.

Any help is appreciated.
