Damn right run him if he is stock (probably not) you will smoke em. If hes modded You will still give a damn good run. You will have a blast either way just more fun if ya win.

I disagree, he'll smoke you off the line. Take him from a low roll and you'll tear him up if it is a stock C5, 6-speed or not!

 

If he beats you, challenge him to a towing contest!

when I get my truck ready Im going straight for the first vette I see.... probably my moms C6. Im going to sandbag the **** out of the first run and then go all in for a "quick retune" match. In your situation I would sandbag a bit. That way he wont be so worried about getting a good jump and you should be able to mop up with him if he is stock and you can get traction

 

Only jets out run vets on the high side. Maybe some bikes?

 

i'd run him. then again, i'd race a dump truck if thats all i had.
