Default Shaky Fog Lights

Anybody found a good way to keep them from shaking while going down the road? I see a lot of GM trucks that do this so I am sure somebody has a way to solve the problem. Let me know what ya got, thanks.--Tony

tighten them up maybe?
There going to shake because they are in the valance and the valance is plastic with no supports.

I melted my original ones out with some cheapo Ebay bulbs... got a new set of Fogs on Ebay, and they shake like a bastard... The original ones didn't. I'm gonna reinforce the bracket this summer to try to get them to stop.

Mine bolt right up to the chrome bumper by the way....

Mine feel loose, but the bolts are tight, and driving down the road i dont notice them shake, so im as lost as you are.

i had the same problem with my fogs i tried everything to get them to stop bouncing around and finally found something that worked.. i used that round foam tubeing that they use for home A/C units cut some pieces and wedged them behind my fogs.. didnt think it would last lol but my fogs have been perfect ever since and i did this months ago

my bolts didnt tighten up all the way and the lights would be slightly lose, so I took some thin aluminum (used for trim on houses on roof overhangs etc, about 1/32" or 1/64") folded it over itself a few times and cut it the shape of the braket just to make it thicker not the bolts are very tight and no shake.....to bad my fog lights dont work!!

Yeah mine bolt to the bumper too, not the valance. Me and a buddy jacked with it last night and came up with a solution (for now). We pulled the housing down till there was no "slack" in the bracket and zip tied it in place, lol. Works perfect but I am going to look into another way to do it as the zip tie method is a bit ghetto, lol. It is not visable at all but still......I am picky.--Tony
