Default Seat cushion replacement for 40/20/40

Can anyone point me to a source for a replacement drivers seat cushion for a 2000 Silverado with the 40/20/40 seat option? It seems that everything I've found says it won't fit this option. And help would be appreciated.

GM# 12473281 driver side seat foam.

If you type in "2000 silverado seat foam" on Ebay. There are lots of options to choose from.

Yep, lots of options on ebay. Unfortunately none of them fit the 40/20/40 seat arrangement.

When doing this, its a good time to add or repair your heated seats too
