I have a hard cover on my 00 GMC and although it looks great what a PITA if you need to haul anything taller than the box. I would trade in a heartbeat for a roll top.

i hat spending so much on a cover, but a fiberglass unit is 7-800 painted to match, so what another few bucks?

I have a RollBak and I like it. It is a PITA to get all the rails adjusted right. It does leak a little but nothing major except when I was my truck with a pressure washer. Even then, it's not bad. I would recommend it. If you have stuff that MUST stay dry, get a small plastic box. That's what I did with my tools.
