I own a 2001 GMC Sierra C3 i want to purchase a roll pan soon what is a reliable company to order from and also i'd still like to tow if need be so i also need to purchase a Hide-away hitch so where could i get both?

Probably around the end of summer beginning of fall i want ot drop my truck to it's AWD so i don't want bagged just 2 and 4 drop what components do i need and how easy is it to do?
