haha the Lexus was on fire... Thanks Chris, glad to have stayed awake during the whole thing
I even bit my Fin tongue. Also had my window been up I'd probably be pretty fucked up right now.
and its my fault for "failure to yield" Im gonna go to the court date and try and get the ticket dropped cuz the first 2 lane stopped and the lady has taught at SCC for 16 years, she should know how bad traffic is by now...

here in AZ it doesnt matter, you could run the red and get T-boned by another person running the red in a straight line. The person changing lines of travel in a 90* pattern are at fault regardless. Another one of those great AZ laws. Did well in my 1st car accident but is trying to kick me in the rectum this time around.
Like I said, she has been a teacher at SCC (just up the road) for 16 yrs, she knows the road as well, if not better than I. So IMO she should know that intersection is **** and a half and she should've yielded as well as the first 2 lines of travel regardless of how clear her lane was. And guaranteed that is NOT a 30mph impact on my truck. On the incident report is says her Est. speed is 30 in a posted 35. The force of the impact on the pole alone pushed my bed in ~12". My truck is ~4500lbs her car is what... ~3500lbs? tops?
