residue on doors from de-molding

its already been said, but an eraser wheel on an air or electric drill works the best.

I think I used sticker off from walmart. I found it in the sporting goods section in the boating accessories. Had the same scent as orange glo.

Used the thumb method for most of it, and the stripe off 3M eraser wheel for the remaining stuff. Be careful with it though as it can definitely burn through your clear coat if you're not careful.

Most of the busier/larger oreilly stores carry it, but all of them can order it and have it same day/next day if you ask them.

What is the best way to start the side moldings off... just start pulling???!!!! lol

I start by using a very strong thin string. Loop it around a finger on each hand, slip it behind the molding, use a back and forth motion to cut through the tape. Once it is started you can pull it off. It also helps to use cold water on the moldings. It tends to make the tape more brittle and easier to pull off.

When i do it, I heat it up a little bit with the heat gun. . . spray on the goo gone then hit it again just to warm it up a little with the gun and then wipe it clean with a rag and a little elbow grease.
