There's several tables to take out the TQ MGMT. Under the transmission tab "A4 shift firmness", 0 the tq reduction in the abuse mode table, also the upshift tq reduction table put to 0. On the ignition tab there are some more tables for tq mgmt, you'll see them. They are all in a box named tq mgmt. I also set my max tq to 1000 and my abuse mode is >8000 rpms and my speed <0 mph.

You may also need to increase your shift firmness after you experiment a little, I did and it shifts a lot better.
