hey, was this one of you guys? there was a bitchin red rc at kennedale, didnt sound poweradded, but had to be (i think). ran against a white older (71ish) chevy truck whose dial in was 8.1 and stomped the **** out of him. i was the guy in the black dakota in the staging lanes next to you.

 

Did you see his time? Sub 8 seconds in the 1/8th is at least a mid 12 second run.

 

Hrm...Marc (redaddiction) has an LS1 in his truck with a big stall converter. I dunno if he has it up and running yet or not. Domeskilla may know

 

na, the boards werent runing (street night) but this bitch was fast! he ran the chevy who's dial in said 8.1 (for elimination round purposes). i could be mistaken on the time, but he was fast for sure! the truck itself wasnt too loud, looked stock except maybe a 2 inch drop??

Marc and I do not associate anymore. But his truck has a 6.0 in it, the ls1 set too long and the seals or bearing went bad.

He has a 6.0, 4k stall, powertrax in the rear and a n2o shot on the truck. Also some tuning i'm sure. From some mutual friends, he only ran a 8.8 is what i heard from numerous people.
