Yes I do believe you have to change mounts but I swore I have seen trucks with that conversion..

That would look hideous...way to big, you would need ground effects, and GHETTO!

just paint you bumper and if you step on it, leave the middle piece black, or run a rollpan

I don't want a rollpan. I think I'll probably try to get a W/T bumper and paint it, but leave the stock bumper pads on it.

If you're interested in doing this, I have a Street Scene SS bumper cover that would fit your truck. I also have the Street Scene rear bumper cover for a Tahoe, but I don't know that it would fit your truck without modification. I decided not to put them on the DD and put my money towards mods on the garage queen. Both of these pieces are brand new, never painted or installed. I paid well over $600 for both of these. I'd take $400 plus shipping for them both.
