I have a scraping noise from my rear brakes that isn't the pads or the e-brake shoes....the backing plates are so rusted on mine that they're rubbing the inside of the rotor. I massaged some of the rust off twice and the noise has returned. The right rear backing plate is actually rusted through.

(I did have the ebrake clips brake and the shoes rub once already though)

All other pads, including the drums were in good shape, and the parking brake just needed to be adjusted, so I just put new pads all-around and regreased the slider pins, which were really dry!
