Flyer, thers's a guy like that near me too... except this guy has a earlier 90's two-tone full sized Dogde, with the funny raised-rear-cap thing, and a BILLION lights on it.

The first time I saw it, I didn't know WTF it was. It has more lights than an ambulance or fire truck. I really don't know how the guy gets an inspection sticker or how he doesn't get busted constantly.

It looks like a UFO out of "Close Encounters" or something coming down the road, and we only see it like twice a year, so friends and I joke about 'the UFO sightings' we have.
