Has anyone tried to adapt a f-body rack and pinion to these trucks? I'm thinking I might try it, i would really like a faster steering ratio in my truck. I havent seen much on this matter here. I'll try to get a rack from a firebird with the WS6 package and see how it works or if its even possible. I've taken some measurements from my neigbors WS6 and it looks like it might be close.

 

is it strong enough? i would think it would get damaged trying to turn much heavier truck wheels and tires. unless its a lightweight track truck. none the less still cool. i would love to have it.
