Raced a Supercharged HD F-150
Me and my friend set up a race with a guy we know that has a Harley Davidson F-150 ( S/C version) w/ a intake. We decided to go on a 25 MPH roll after some debate, I had the truck in first gear and we both pucnehd it, I pulled about half a truck lenth to about 40, then he started to pass me. We took it up to 80-85 MPH and he had me by about 1.5-2 lenghts. All I had done was an intake, MAF, and un bolted the muffler. He was suprised that I hung with him that good, he thought that I had something done to it 
I was pretty happy with the results considering that I dont have hardly any mods done. Also it made me feel alot better after getting slaughtered by my friend with a 02 Lightning with ram air intake, reflashed ECU, E-fans, and 4 lb lower pulley.

However, he already has a 6 lb lower pulley with a Diablo Chip but hasnt installed it yet. So he should probably run mid-low 13's with that set up. With him and my other friend w/ a pullied and chipped L, it looks like I will be really far behind in the truck power wars...Maybe I need to get in gear and buy myself a 6.0L

National Harley Truck Owner's Club. They can be found at NHTOC.com. A good place to check out what the adversaries are talking about. Especially if you are blown - good info. Not a bad bunch of guys.

True, we are a good bunch of guys who I believe are uncocky from the ones i have met at local events.

I justed posted over there, they seem like a good bunch of guys. However the 4.8L is like Rodney Dangerfield, it gets no respect. One guy said it was like racing a fart tip equiped rice burner 
Oh well, we 4.8L guys try...BTW, who is it on this forum that has a H/C and Blown 4.8L with stock internals running mid 12's? Is it LTNKLR01?
