Tranny mounts on those things split in half pretty easily, i replaced mine 4 times(third time was a poly mount, lasted over a year, went back to a rubber one, because they dont transfer vibrations as much). Its drivable but you wont be able to get on it too much, your tranny will hit the firewall under torque.
