Default Powerstat

I have just got my 160 powerstat and want to install it. I heard it was easy, but I can not find out were it goes I know what it is, but can not find the stock stat to take out. Any help would be great so I dnt feel like a moron having it not in. Also when I retune the hypertech for it will there be any diffence in power.

Umm...starting from the throttle body, look down and left. There is a black rubber hose going to it that you take off, then I think it's 2 or 3 screws. It's been awhile since I've messed with my t-stat. Hopefully someone has a picture, that would make it easier.
The Hypertech is supposed to raise the timing a little when you tell it that the 160 t-stat is in there, but I personally couldn't tell a difference back when I had the HPP3.
