Default Possible blown headgasket ? strange symptons

Hey guys just got my first truck its 01 silverado rcsb with a 5.3 and bw s475 turbo
Its on 8psi tuned by a local ls1 guru
Anyways
After sitting over night it never looses coolant pressure ..if i open the cap it goes all over the place .. And its 100% cold
Also ive noticed around my waterpump under.my head looks to get wet after sitting over night
I just put a new waterpump on it a few weeks ago
My oil is a normal color no milky i do get milkey residue on my oil cap and fill tube tho
Truck doesnt.smoke anymore than normal
Am i crazy or does this sound like a blown headgasket or what ?
Thanks
Matt

No drivability problems or coolant loss? The milkshake on the oil cap is pretty normal, moisture in the crankcase condenses at the highest point being the cap and mixes with the oil. You can get a block tester at napa that will test the cooling system for combustion gases but the most accurate way to check ot is with a leakdown tester. Pressurizing the cylinder will cause bubbles in your resevoir if the gasket has failed.

Have you tried replacing the radiator cap. Sometimes the biggest headaches are caused by the dumbest stuff. Take the cap off and run the truck and see if it blows coolant out.
