as he asked in his first post how u do u stretch something or make it larger/smaller. whenever i have to do something like that i take it into paint, i know photoshop has to have seomthing to do it though.

To change the image size goto Image -> Image Size to change the whole size or Image -> Canvas Size to change the size of your work area.
