Well, I won't call BS on anyone but, there are alot of questions I'd like to see answered before I just accept it.

BTW, goshawk23 - you have a PM about that other thread.

This is exactly what I was wondering, what the hell is he doing so right, or dayumb your ******* up Jim (which I doubt only those FIRESTONES). Even if he was pushing every little bit of power from that setup that is really fast for what he ran. I would kind of find it hard to believe on a RC but an SS. Me too I am not calling BS on this one at all. Cause if he is running what he did, I think all of us on here are ******* up somewhere.

OK. He says he's running a 3.26" pulley on a p1sc to make 15 psi on a 408. I run a 3.4" pulley on a p1sc, and make 12 psi on my STOCK CAMMED 5.3 with NO belt slip.

For reference, on my 5.3---4.0"=9psi, 3.6=11psi, 3.4=12psi, so .2 inch is worth about 1 psi on a 5.3.

Also, 3.26 sounds like a BS size to me. I've always seen sizes in .1 inch increments. 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 etc.

Jim just summed it up when he figured out the hp numbers compared to the set up and weight differences, its not possible. Unless there was a strong head wind ... like a 90mph head wind
technically speaking, that would be a tail wind

Just got back from getting my truck tuned....
It ran a 10.45@142mph, spinning all 4 wheels till 80 mph on a 2.4 60 ft. I figure that leaves me some room for improvement, maybe even single digits. I should have the video up soon, everybody please be patient...................

with no disrespect to the SSS community and with respect to the ls1truck community, let me be the first on both forums to throw the ill tell u this if i were the guy who ran the new fastest time in a ls1truck,.... i'd ******* go to the local kinkos to scan my timeslip. this guy is all talk and frankly i think its kind of disrespect to the guys like turboberserker, parish, 2toneblown, gmcski who pour their heart money and soul into these trucks......i have a rep on here for stating my belifs and my fellow ls1truckers i believe this guy is full of ****.
