i agree. if it took this long to break a gov-lock, a good diff in there should hold up fine.

I thought he had an auburn or eaton posi in the back???

personally would go with 9.25 front(find a way to stuff in there) with eaton e-locker up front and gm 9.5 out back with locker or some sort of stiff-acting posi. Granted this might pull on the motor more, but traction would be prime!!!! PLus can let the motor go wild .

I might be brave enough to race a bike up to 100 with no helmet, but over 100 is just nuts. Not that 100 is any safer. LOL

Hey Parish, I went down to my friends shop- the first thing he said when he saw me was "Hey is that truck you talk about blue?" I said yeah. Then he said both of his friends in the event saw you run a 10.0 (I believe it was in St Louis) Both of his friends were very impressed with your truck. Just get a 9in ford and be done with it.

glad to hear you had such an awesome week... its def a 9 sec truck. 10.08 is just too close, yet so far away .

Besides the rear end on the way home... was it the head gasket that went at the track? And was that the reason for the overheating issues?
